1. About these terms

This website is operated by Novate.it. By using it you agree to these terms. The customer, employer and partner portals have their own terms, which you accept when you register.

2. General information only

Content on this website — including the savings calculator, eligibility checker, worked examples and FAQs — is general information. It does not take into account your objectives, financial situation or needs and is not financial, tax or legal advice. Before entering into a novated lease you should consider whether it is appropriate for you and, if you are unsure, obtain independent advice.

3. Calculator and estimates

Figures produced by the calculator are estimates based on the assumptions stated on the calculator page — including default interest rates, ATO minimum residual values, average running-cost budgets and the income tax rates for the financial year shown. Actual quotes depend on your employer's policy, the finance partner's pricing, the vehicle and your circumstances, and may be higher or lower. A quote is only binding when confirmed in writing in a Disclosure Pack.

4. Credit and financial services

Novate.it arranges novated leases with finance partners. Finance is provided by those partners, who assess applications on their own criteria. We do not provide tax agent services; FBT and income tax treatment described on this site reflects our understanding of current law and is subject to change.

5. Vehicle information

Vehicle names, prices and specifications shown are indicative, may be out of date, and are provided for illustration. They are not offers to sell. Trade marks belong to their owners; their use does not imply endorsement.

6. Intellectual property

The content and design of this website are owned by or licensed to Novate.it. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, modify or distribute content without permission.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use this website to do anything unlawful, to interfere with its operation or security, or to collect information about other users. Automated access is permitted only for search-engine indexing.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for loss arising from reliance on general information on this website. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms and the website at any time. The date at the top shows the current version.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
